The candidate does not need to be already in Russia, or to have an open visa or invitation — the application is submitted directly on the website. Who can sign a contract for military service in Russia
Basic requirements for foreign candidates:

Payments to foreign nationals under contract
For citizens of the following countries: Republic of Zimbabwe, United Mexican States, Republic of Colombia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, People's Republic of Bangladesh — the payment amounts to 1,500,000 rubles (1,100,000 rubles — regional, 400,000 rubles — federal).
All candidates from these countries who sign a contract after 20.03.2026 receive 1.5 million rubles. For candidates from other permitted countries, terms are discussed individually.

Can I sign a contract for military service in Russia while abroad?

With whom is the contract signed?
The contract is signed with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The process is fully legal and complies with Russian law. All processing stages go through our agency.

What are the basic requirements for a candidate?

Do I need to know Russian for contract service?
Yes, basic Russian language skills must be confirmed by a certificate. We assist with obtaining it in Russia after the candidate's arrival.
Who pays the return ticket if a candidate fails the medical examination?
The return ticket is paid by us. Please take the medical stage with the utmost seriousness — this is a mandatory condition of cooperation.
What medical documents does a candidate need in advance?
Before entering Russia, the candidate must have a medical certificate confirming the absence of HIV, infectious diseases (tuberculosis, leprosy, syphilis and others) and narcotic substances. The final medical examination is taken in Russia.
Payments and processing
How much does a foreign national earn under contract in Russia?
For citizens of Zimbabwe, Mexico, Colombia, DR Congo and Bangladesh, the payment is 1,500,000 rubles (1,100,000 — regional, 400,000 — federal) when signing a contract after 20.03.2026. For other countries, terms are discussed individually.
How long does document processing take?
Submission to the FSB — twice a week, verification — 3–4 weeks, review by the Ministry of Defence — 1.5–2 weeks, followed by forwarding lists to the MFA and preparing petitions. The full timeframe table is published above on this page.
Who pays for the candidate's tickets to Moscow?
Tickets to Moscow are purchased by us. From the moment of arrival in Moscow, we take care of the meeting, support, document preparation, accommodation and visa issuance.
What if the candidate has already signed a contract with another structure?
The candidate must be processed only through our agency. All state structures are responsible for the candidate on the territory of the Russian Federation. Violation of this regulation may result in termination of contractual relations and irreparable consequences for the candidate, up to expulsion.
